Application for Performance | Recording Access Information

  • 2025 Ensemble Selection Guidelines (2026 Conference Performing Ensembles)
    • All committee members must be out-of-state educators.
    • Secure specialists from different instructional levels.  (i.e. middle school/high school/collegiate)

       

  • 2025 Ensemble Selection Timeline (2026 Conference Performing Ensembles)
    • May 15: Recommendation Committee information submitted
    • June 1: Application Deadline
    • June 1-9:  Organize Materials
      • Check all recordings to ensure accessibility & accuracy
      • Create listening guide and identification key
      • Set-up Zoom meetings
      • Notify panelists & president of meeting times
    •  June 10-24: Listening / Evaluation window
    • June 25-30: Organize evaluations / prepare emails
    • July 1: Selected ensembles submitted to the MMEA President and Executive Director
    • July 1: Submit expenses / panel member reimbursement
    • July 15: Announcement of 2026 Performing Ensembles
