2027 Exhibitor Information
The 88th Annual MMEA Conference will begin on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, and will conclude with the performance of our MMEA Affiliate All-State Ensembles on Saturday, January 31, 2026.
With consideration of exhibitor feedback from surveys and conversation, and with consideration to the overall conference schedule, the conference exhibit schedule has been slightly adjusted for the 2026 conference.
For 2026, the conference exhibits will be be open Tuesday – Friday of the conference. *There will be no exhibits on Saturday of the conference.

The MMEA Conference Main Exhibit Area is located in Windgate Hall at the Tan-Tar-A Conference Center.
*All Exhibit Options will exhibit in Windgate Hall.
This location is a great benifit to our attendees as they can literally be the exhibit area one minute, and in a concert or clinic session a few minutes later.
This is also a benefit to our exhibitors as there is ample face time with our attendees throughout the conference.
