MMEA Piano Services Bid Proposal

• The business awarded the Piano Services Contract will receive:
  • One (1) booth space in the conference exhibit area with the option to purchase additional spaces. (Exhibiting at the conference is optional.)
  • One (1) room for a total of five (5) consecutive nights (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of the Conference).
    • One (1) additional room may be reserved, but paid for by the business.  (Adjust bid proposal price if necessary).
• No meals will be provided
• MMEA, Tan-Tar-A Conference Center, or their representatives assume no liability for damages during transport and/or on site.  Insurance is the sole responsibility of the provider.
