MMEA | 2025 Exhibitor Survey

With the recent expansion of our annual MMEA In-Service Workshop/Conference, the MMEA Board of Directors is currently evaluating all aspects of the conference to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Beginning on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, the MMEA conference will again include a full day and a half dedicated exclusively to Elementary & K-12 education.

With this in mind, we are seeking feedback from our 2025 exhibitors regarding the adjustments to the exhibits structure and hours that were implemented for the 2025 conference, as well as thoughts for possible revisions/improvements for the 2026 conference.

We value your thoughts and input to help us make informed decisions to benefit future comprehensive conference experiences.

Proposed Conference Exhibits Schedule

A proposed adjustment to the 2026 Exhibits schedule includes the following:

*Vendor representation at the two days of Elementary/K-12 sessions (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Monday, January 26, 2026 | Exhibit Hall Set-Up (Tuesday-Wednesday Exhbitors)

Tuesday, January 27, 2026 | Exhibits Open | 8:30am – 4:30pm (Tuesday-Wednesday Exhibitors)

Wednesday, January 28, 2026 | Exhibits Open | 9:30am – 4:00pm (Tuesday-Wednesday Exhibitors)

Wednesday, January 28, 2026 | Exhibits Open | 4:00pm – 6:00pm (Full Exhibit Hall)

Thursday, January 29, 2026 | Exhibits Open | 8:30am – 4:30pm (Full Exhibit Hall)

Friday, January 30, 2026 | Exhibits Open | 8:30am – 4:30pm (Full Exhibit Hall)

FRIDAY – 4:30pm - Exhibits Close

SATURDAY – NO EXIBITS
