Conference information
Pre-Conference (ONLINE) Registration
Opens -September 8, 2025
Pre-Conference (Online) registration will open on September 8, 2025, and will be available through December 15, 2025.
on-site registration
January 27-30, 2026
On-Site registration will be available throughout the conference.
Registration will be located in the conference lobby.
NOTE: MMEA Does Not Accept Purchase Orders

Graduate credit is available for conference attendees through Missouri State University.

Organizations wishing to schedule a business meeting, and/or reception, during the 2026 MMEA In-Service Workshop/Conference must complete the appropriate form/s, and be approved by the MMEA President.
NOTE: Any/All food and beverage intended to be served at the meeting must be ordered directly through Tan-Tar-A after the meeting and/or reception has been approved by the MMEA President.
*Preferences for the day, time, and location will be at the discretion of the MMEA President and will be based on availability. Attendees of the business meeting must be registered members or guests of MMEA and the 2026 MMEA In-Service Conference/Workshop.
