2026 | Clinic/Session Handouts & Materials Form

General Information

• Submitted by the MMEA Board Member that is responsible for the clinic/session.
  
  • Clinican/Presenter provides the Promotional Video and Session Handouts/Materials to the appropriate board member prior to the submission deadline.
    • Promotional Videos will be uploaded to MMEA Social Media.
    • Handouts/Materials will be uploaded to the MMEA Conference App.
• Complete the following form for each 2026 conference clinic/session.
