Process

  1. Download the Board Meeting Report Template. (Word Document)
  2. Select the BOD office for the report.
  3. Select the BOD meeting date for the report.
  4. Complete your report by typing directly, or cut and paste, into the document body.
  5. Save the report to your device.
    1. Please include your office in the document title when saving to your device. 
      (i.e. April BOD Meeting Report – President)
    2. Avoid special characters in the document title.  (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *)
  6. Upload your report into the Meeting Report Submission Form.

    Select the Meeting Date for which the position report applies.
  • Provide any needed comments that pertain to the report being uploaded.
  • Max. file size: 8 GB.
