NEW THIS YEAR!

In 2024, the MMEA Annual In-Service Workshop/Conference was extended to allow for additional, content-specific, offerings to our membership.

The 87^th Annual MMEA Conference will begin on Tuesdayy, January 28, 2025, and will conclude with the performance of our MMEA Affiliate All-State Ensembles on Saturday, February 1, 2025.

With consideration of exhibitor feedback from surveys and conversation, and with consideration to the overall converence schedule, the conference exhibit schedule has been adjusted for the 2025 conference.

For 2025, the conference exhibits will be open Tuesday – Friday of the conference. *There will be no exhibits on Saturday of the conference.

DISplay spaces

Each display space consists of a carpeted 8’X8′ area that includes the following:

One 6′ X 30″ Table (Draped & Skirted)
Two Chairs
Electrical Outlet
Dedicated Wireless Internet Access For Exhibitors

*Hard-Wired internet access may be arranged through Tan-Tar-A at an additional cost.

Application for exhibit space

September 18 – November 1, 2024

Application for exhibit space will be available online through the MMEA website.

A financial deposit equal to the cost on one (1) exhibit space must accompany each application. This deposit will apply to the exhibitor’s final payment upon acceptance as a conference exhibitor.

exhibit areas

The MMEA Conference Main Exhibit Area is located in Windgate Hall at the Tan-Tar-A Conference Center.

*All Exhibit Options will exhibit in Windgate Hall.

This location is a great benifit to our attendees as they can literally be the exhibit area one minute, and in a concert or clinic session a few minutes later.

This is also a benefit to our exhibitors as there is ample face time with our attendees throughout the conference.
