2022 MMEA Mentoring Conference Exhibitors

Exhibit Details

• Exhibit tables will be located in the main conference room of the conference.
• Exhibit tables will be accessible by conference attendees throughout the conference.
• Exhibitors may set-up beginning at 12:00 pm on Sunday, September 18.
• Exhibitors may clear exhibit tables at the conclusion of the conference.
  (12:00pm on Monday, September 19).

Display Parameters

• Each display space consists of a carpeted 8’ x 8’ area that includes the following:
  • One 6’ x 30” table, draped and skirted
  • Two chairs 
  • Wifi Internet Access
  • Electricity (Optional with additional charge)
• Exhibitor Displays are limited to the exhibit space provided.
• Display tables may include company handouts, take-aways, and/or video presentations (no sound).
• Company representatives may be available for attendee interaction during designated times only.

Exhibitor Pricing

• $150 – One (1) Exhibit Space/Table
  • Two (2) Exhibit Spaces/Tables maximum per vendor.
• $0 – One (1) Complimentary Exhibit Table with Full Sponsorship Options (*See Sponsorship Opportunities information.)
• $55 – Optional electricity per exhibit space

Exhibitor Registration

• Exhibitor Registration is available through the MMEA Website.
• Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) at the time of registration.
• Registration Deadline: August 15
  • Note: Mentoring Conference Vendors are responsible for securing lodging arrangements directly with the Tan-Tar-A Conference Center.
