2022 MMEA CONFERENCE LODGING REQUESTS

Complete the following form for all 2022 conference administrative lodging requests.
Please Note (Per MMEA Policy)
- MMEA agrees to provide lodging ONLY for nights adjacent to the event session/s in which a clinician/participant is presenting.
- MMEA Affiliates: Please enter the information for your ALL-STATE CONDUCTOR. Affiliate representatives reserve their individual rooms directly through Tan-Tar-A included in their all-state block of rooms.
- MMEA Leadership: MMEA will reserve lodging for all MMEA Board of Directors. MMEA Advisory Council members are financially responsible for their lodging expense
