MMEA PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES BID PROPOSAL

The business awarded the Photographic Services Contract may receive:

A stipend for photographic services, if one is requested in the bid provided. .
One (1) room, at no cost, for a total of five (5) consecutive nights. (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of the conference.)
One (1) additional room for photography staff/production assistant will be provided on the day/night requested by the photographer.
(A maximum of 6 room nights will be provided for photography services.)
No meals will be provided.
