MMEA Exhibitor Survey

With the recent expansion of our annual MMEA In-Service Workshop/Conference, the MMEA Board of Directors is currently evaluating all aspects of the conference to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Beginning on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, the MMEA conference will include a full day and a half dedicated exclusively to Elementary & K-12 education. With this in mind, many of the 2024 exhibitor indicated an interest in adjusting the Exhibits/Days Hours for the 2025 conference to accommodate the newly expanded conference.

We would value your thoughts and input to help us make informed decisions to benefit the comprehensive conference experience.

Proposed Conference Exhibits Schedule

A proposed adjustment to the Exhibits schedule includes the following:

*Possible vendor representation at the first day of Elementary/K-12 sessions (Tuesday).

Wednesday, January 29, 2025 | Exhibits Open | 8am - 5pm

Thursday, January 30, 2025 | Exhibits Open | 8am - 5pm

Friday, January 29, 2025 | Exhibits Open | 8am - 2pm

FRIDAY - 2pm - Exhibits Close
