• The business awarded the Apparel Services Contract will receive:
  • Sole rights to produce the “Official Conference Apparel” for the 2026 MMEA In-Service
    Workshop/Conference.
  • MMEA will provide one (1) complementary exhibit space in addition to the exhibit spaces purchased by 
        the company awarded the apparel contract.
  • NO financial compensation from MMEA will be provided.
  • NO lodging will be provided.
  • NO meals will be provided.
• MMEA, Tan-Tar-A Conference Center, or their representatives assume no liability for damages during transport and/or on site.  Insurance is the sole responsibility of the provider.

Apparel Option Examples:

Below are examples of potential apparel options to be used for the bidding process.  Final determinations regarding graphics and colors will be determined, with the selected vendor, during the design process.

Apparel Option Examples:

 1. T-Shirt / Polo Shirt | MMEA Logo Only | Front

MMEA Logo (Provided by MMEA) will be either be blue, black, or white – depending on the color of the shirt.

 2. T-Shirt | MMEA Logo -Front | Performing Ensemble Listing – Back

Front | MMEA Logo (Provided by MMEA) will be either be blue, black, or white – depending on the color of the shirt.

Back | Ensemble listing on the back – One color – depending on the color of the shirt.  

 3. T-Shirt | MMEA Logo -Front | Conference Logo – Back

Front | MMEA Logo (Provided by MMEA) will be either be blue, black, or white – depending on the color of the shirt.
