IMPORTANT!!

Any requests regarding food/beverage and/or media equipment needs must be requested by and paid for by the sponsoring organization/institution. Food and Beverage MUST be ordered directly through Tan-Tar-A after scheduling confirmation has been received from the MMEA President or MMEA Conference Manager.

No food or beverage from outside sources may be brought onto the premises

for the purpose of catering an event.
