MMEA will host its 11th Annual two-day Mentoring Conference on Sunday, September 14, and Monday, September 15, 2025 at the Tan-Tar-A Conference Center in Osage Beach, Missouri. This conference is designed to provide first, second, and third-year music educators with a variety of resources to help them navigate through their first years of teaching in Missouri.
New This Year! All teachers beyond their 3rd year of teaching are welcome to attend the MMEA Mentoring Conference! We are excited to expand our mentoring experience to all teachers, regardless of how many years of experience they may have.

Exhibit Details
- Exhibit tables will be located in the main conference room of the conference.
- Exhibit tables will be accessible by conference attendees throughout the conference.
- Exhibitors may set-up beginning at 12:00 pm on Sunday, September 14.
- Exhibitors may clear exhibit tables at the conclusion of the conference.
(12:00pm on Monday, September 15).
Display Parameters
- Each display space consists of a carpeted 8’ x 8’ area that includes the following:
- One 6’ x 30” table, draped and skirted
- Two chairs
- Wifi Internet Access
- Electricity (Optional with additional charge)
- Exhibitor Displays are limited to the exhibit space provided.
- Display tables may include company handouts, take-aways, and/or video presentations (no sound).
- Company representatives may be available for attendee interaction during designated times only.

- $75 | One (1) Half-Priced Exhibit Table with a Gold Sponsorship (*See Sponsorship Opportunities information.)

NOTE: Two (2) Exhibit Spaces/Tables maximum per vendor.

- Exhibitor Registration is available through the MMEA Website.
- Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) at the time of registration.
- Registration Deadline: September 8, 2025
- Note: Mentoring Conference Vendors are responsible for securing lodging arrangements directly with the Tan-Tar-A Conference Center.
