  • Submitted by each BOD member to secure lodging for the conference.
  • Submitted by the MMEA Board Member that is responsible for the clinic/session.
  • Complete the following form for each  2027 conference clinic/session.

This form is to be completed by MMEA Board Members who are requesting lodging for themselves and their Clinicians, Presenters, Special Guests, Guest Artists, All-State Conductors.
