In an effort to maximize efficiency during load-in, if you have ordered, or will be ordering, extra materials from Tan-Tar-A, and/or you will NOT be needing multiple tables/chairs, please let me know in advance and I will confirm with the Tan-Tar-A staff.

Page & Brown Convention Services, located in Osage Beach, MO, is the primary company used by MMEA and Tan-Tar-A for the annual MMEA Conference. Available services include incoming and outgoing shipping as well as display assembly and dismantling services.

EXHIBIT MATERIAL HANDLING / SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Please do not ship exhibit materials directly to Tan-Tar-A as they are not equipped for the shipping & handling component of our exhibit area.
LOAD-IN & SET-UP SCHEDULE
- Exhibitors may load-in beginning at 2pm.
- Exhibit Hall will close at 10:00pm for arrivals.
- TTA will allow vendors to continue set-up after 10pm if they are already in the exhibit hall and in process.

CHECK-IN
There will not be a “formal”check-in for exhibitors.
- An informational packet will be available at each exhibit assignment as vendors arrive for load-in and set-up.
- Please read through all information when you arrive.

NAME BADGES
Name badges for company representatives will be available at your exhibit space when you arrive for load-in and set-up.
(Name badges were created from the information submitted through the unique web link that was emailed to the company contact provided on your original exhibitor application)

- Why?
- Either we did not receive your representative name badge information, or representatives are currently serving as educators and will use their (registered) attendee name badge for the exhibits as well.
- NOTE: Per MMEA Board Policy, conference attendees that are serving under a teaching contract must be registered for the conference as an active member, or non-member, and may not attend the conference exclusively as a vendor representative.

We will, again, be using the EventMobi Conference Schedule App as a resource for our attendees.
BUSINESS PROFILES
- An invitation to update your exhibitor profile that is included in our EventMobi Conference Schedule App will be sent, via email, to the primary contact person listed in your exhibitor registration.
- Vendors are encouraged to complete their profiles as soon as possible, as attendees will have full access to the app upon publishing. (Approximately January 16)
