  • Dedicated Wireless Internet Access For Exhibitors

The confernce resort offers a variety of additional items that are available to exhibitors.  Additional  items include, but are not limited to,  the following items:

  • High Speed Internet Line 

  • Additional Electrical Outlets

  • Additional Table

  • High Back Bar Stool

  • Cocktatil Table

*All additional items must be ordered directly through the conference resort (Tan-Tar-A / Margaritaville).  

NOTE:  MMEA is not responsible for any additional expense incurred with securing additional items.  All additional expenses are the responsibilty of th the exhibitor/vendor.

In an effort to maximize efficiency during load-in, if you have ordered, or will be ordering, extra materials from Tan-Tar-A, and/or you will NOT be needing multiple tables/chairs, please let me know in advance and I will confirm with the Tan-Tar-A staff.

      • Please send an email to exhibits@mmea.net outlining your needs and what extra items have been ordered from Tan-Tar-A.
      • NOTE:  I will be confirming all information received with Tan-Tar-A on Wednesday, January 21.

Page & Brown Convention Services, located in Osage Beach, MO, is the primary company used by MMEA and Tan-Tar-A for the annual MMEA Conference. Available services include incoming and outgoing shipping as well as display assembly and dismantling services.

  • TTA will allow vendors to continue set-up after 10pm if they are already in the exhibit hall and in process.

CHECK-IN

There will not be a “formal”check-in for exhibitors.

  • An informational packet will be available at each exhibit assignment as vendors arrive for load-in and set-up.
  • Please read through all information when you arrive.

NAME BADGES

Name badges for company representatives will be available at your exhibit space when you arrive for load-in and set-up.  
(Name badges were created from the information submitted through the unique web link that was emailed to the company contact provided on your original exhibitor application)

  • Missing Name Badges 
    • Why? 
      •  Either we did not receive your representative name badge information, or representatives are currently serving as educators and will use their (registered) attendee name badge for the exhibits as well.
    • NOTE:  Per MMEA Board Policy, conference attendees that are serving under a teaching contract must be registered for the conference as an active member, or non-member, and may not attend the conference exclusively as a vendor representative.  

QUESTIONS / NAME BADGE CORRECTIONS

 We will, again, be using the EventMobi Conference Schedule App as a resource for our attendees.

 

BUSINESS PROFILES

  • An invitation to update your exhibitor profile that is included in our EventMobi Conference Schedule App will be sent, via email, to the primary contact person listed in your exhibitor registration.
  • Vendors are encouraged to complete their profiles as soon as possible, as attendees will have full access to the app upon publishing. (Approximately January 16)
