2024 Conference  | Board of Directors Lodging Request

LODGING RESERVATIONS:

  • ALL MMEA Board of Directors must complete the 2023 Conference Lodging Request Form.
    • Indicate each night that lodging is needed.
    • If lodging is NOT needed, please complete the form and check the “Lodging is not needed” box.

LODGING REIMBURSEMENT: 

  • Lodging for Vice-Presidents is included with the  MMEA-paid room reservations.
  • District Presidents and Advisory Board members are are responsible for all lodging expenses associated with the reservation submitted. (MMEA will make the reservation, but does not reimburse for conference lodging expenses.
