MMEA will host its 8th Annual two-day Mentoring Conference on Sunday, September 18, and Monday, September 19, 2022 at Tan-Tar-A Conference Center. This conference is designed to provide first, second, and third-year teachers with a variety of resources to help them navigate through their first years of teaching in Missouri.

MMEA Mentoring Conference Mission/Exhibitors: Clearly focus on providing resources and classroom support of all mentoring conference attendees to allow for the advancement of music education across the state.

2022 MMEA Mentoring Conference Exhibitors
Exhibit Details
- Exhibit tables will be located in the main conference room of the conference.
- Exhibit tables will be accessible by conference attendees throughout the conference.
- Exhibitors may set-up beginning at 12:00 pm on Sunday, September 18.
- Exhibitors may clear exhibit tables at the conclusion of the conference.
(12:00pm on Monday, September 19).
Display Parameters
- Each display space consists of a carpeted 8’ x 8’ area that includes the following:
- One 6’ x 30” table, draped and skirted
- Two chairs
- Wifi Internet Access
- Electricity (Optional with additional charge)
- Exhibitor Displays are limited to the exhibit space provided.
- Display tables may include company handouts, take-aways, and/or video presentations (no sound).
- Company representatives may be available for attendee interaction during designated times only.
Exhibitor Pricing
- $150 – One (1) Exhibit Space/Table
- Two (2) Exhibit Spaces/Tables maximum per vendor.
- $0 – One (1) Complimentary Exhibit Table with Full Sponsorship Options (*See Sponsorship Opportunities information.)
- $55 – Optional electricity per exhibit space
Exhibitor Registration
- Exhibitor Registration is available through the MMEA Website.
- Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) at the time of registration.
- Registration Deadline: August 15
- Note: Mentoring Conference Vendors are responsible for securing lodging arrangements directly with the Tan-Tar-A Conference Center.
*All participating exhibitors will be listed in the Mentoring Conference Program.
