MMEA Performance Application Criteria

The Missouri Music Educators Association acknowledges the wide diversity of performing ensembles throughout Missouri. It is an objective of the MMEA selection process to respect this diversity and to include performing ensembles of all sizes and school/community classifications on its annual conference. However, in order to preserve the integrity of the conference quality, the most outstanding application performances will receive priority consideration.

All materials for the annual MMEA In-Service Workshop/Conference Application for Performance for will be submitted ONLINE through the MMEA Website.
DEADLINE: All Application Materials must be completed and submitted online through the MMEA Website by JUNE 1, 2018.

All ensembles applying to appear in any concert session of the MMEA In-Service Workshop/Conference must submit the following application materials ONLINE through the MMEA Website (mmea.net):
- Application for Performance Information Form
- Application fee ($50 to be paid online through the MMEA Website)
- Audition recordings (Uploaded electronically through the MMEA Website)
Printed documentation: Performance program/s; Application Signature Page

*Small Ensemble entries are to be submitted under the appropriate area
(example: Percussion Ensemble application will be submitted to the BAND VP)
